	Course building in Emst with the mani-wheel

In the middle of the forests of the Veluwe, it is possible to join our study programs in Emst, which usually spread over a series of weekends. Of course, following a separate weekend is always possible.
The main courses are given by our very qualified Tibetan teacher Geshe Sonam Gyaltsen. Besides introductory lectures, he teaches the Basic Program and other advanced courses in Tibetan, which are translated into Dutch by our interpreter Hans van den Bogaert.

Most of our program is in Dutch, but the following courses in English are planned:

• Working with Disturbing Emotions - by Venerable Sangye Khadro (August)
• Thangka painting courses - by Andy Weber
• Tibetan Medicine - by Amchi Lobsang Tsultrim

During courses and retreats, we offer accommodation, bed linen and vegetarian meals prepared by our professional cook.
