Green Tara Practice morning

Green Tara is considered to be the female embodiment of the enlightened activity of all of the buddhas. Her practice is associated with beneficial action and accomplishment. This practice is equally suitable for all levels of practitioners.

Lama Zopa Rinpoche recently highlighted the power of mantra, such as the mantra of Green Tara, as vital practices for transformation.
